I take a whole health approach to supporting you to take control of your goals and achieve balance, health and happiness.

What is Health Coaching?

Facilitating long term health changes

As a health coach I work as a mentor to inspire my clients to make positive lifestyle changes. I am here to educate and motivate to create real change in your health, setting specific goals and ensuring that you stay motivated. A health coach is trained in human behaviour, how the body works, communication and coaching skills, nutrition and fitness. My holistic approach to wellness will help you reach your health goals in a sustainable way so that you achieve long-term health.​

I am based from home, on the outskirts of Oswestry, where I have a boutique studio.  I also work out of Active8 Gym in Oswestry.
